My summer so far:
Wake up 7 a.m to force-feed myself protein so I can have energy for my 2 and a half hour long morning practice.
10:30-11:30 a.m I have to teach two swim lessons
A 30 min break to shower & eat.
1 p.m I have to teach kids camp.
2-3 pm lifeguarding.
5:30 p.m dry land training
I have rlly bad sun burns right now…my face and shoulders hurt and I am dark as hell. But...
